关于额度窗口和重置，反复被问到的那些问题。
- Can anyone predict when the next reset will happen?
- No. A reset is a business decision made by the vendor, announced without a schedule and often after the fact. A 'reset probability' number implies a model of that decision, and no such model exists. ResetRemind does not predict; it watches for confirmation and tells you.
- Is a reset the same as my weekly limit rolling over?
- No. A rolling window is arithmetic — it clears continuously whether or not anyone announces anything. A reset is the vendor lifting caps ahead of that schedule. Both can restore your ability to work, but only one is on a predictable clock.
- Do I need an account to get the alerts?
- No. There is no signup, no password and no dashboard. You give an email address, click one link to confirm, and you are on the list. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
- How many emails will I get?
- One per confirmed reset, for the plans you selected. There are no digests, no drip sequences and no re-engagement campaigns. If resets are rare that month, your inbox stays quiet.
- Does ResetRemind read my account or my local credentials?
- No, by design. We never ask for a token, an API key or access to your editor. The service only knows which plan families you subscribed to and your email address.
- Why do you not show a live percentage or a countdown?
- Because a countdown would have to be invented. The only honest live number is the one inside your own tool's usage panel, and the only honest statement about a reset is that it has or has not happened yet.
- What happens to my address if I unsubscribe?
- The subscription stops immediately and the address is marked as unsubscribed so it is never re-added by accident. Our sending records are separated from any advertising use — the list is not sold or shared.
- You send a sponsored slot sometimes. Does that affect what triggers an email?
- No. Sponsorship never influences which resets are recorded or who gets notified. A sponsored block is a single clearly-labelled element inside a message that was going out anyway, and it is omitted entirely when no sponsor is booked.
